The second of three storms is moving through Central and Southern California bringing high wind, waves and lightning, prompting a tornado warning and pier closures. Highs in the lower 60s. Southeast winds increasing to 15 to 25 mph.
Tonight cloudy with scattered showers and a chance of thunderstorms...showers after midnight. Lows around 50. Chance of precipitation 50 percent.

Vehicles (reported between 20 - 25) are literally stuck in the mud due to debris flow on the Angeles Crest Highway in the Newcomb Ranch area.
